Each package is customizable to fit your needs, so if you're not sure, I can help evaluate needs and answer questions to build a package perfect for you. The Foundation.

  • Vendor Recommendation & Contract Review

    I like to get involved the moment you book. No matter where you are in the process, I can share any needed recommendations based on style and budget and review existing and new contracts with a professional eye so you can book with confidence and plan according to your contracted services with each vendor.

  • Timeline Creation & Floorplan Design

    No matter where you are in the process, together we will create a timeline and floorplan design for your wedding day that will serve as the layout for a successful event. No detail is too small to include, my goal is to organize information to ensure everyone knows what to expect and ensure there is time for things that matter. Once this is finalized, I will distribute everything to your vendors to help with easy execution.

  • Rental Coordination & Management

    Rentals can be an important element of your design or foundation of your wedding. I help connect you to rental companies and coordinate your rental order to ensure your needs are met, your vision comes to life, and try and save you money where I can.

  • Day of Helping Hands

    All packages include a minimum of 10 hours of day-of coordination. I bring my team to help take care of your set up, managing your flow, and even pack up your decor at the end of the night. Goal is for you and your guests to enjoy the day and create the memories that will last a lifetime.

Complete Day of Coordination

A great day starts with a great plan. My "Day-Of" package starts as soon as you book with up to (4) meetings prior to wedding day. Whether you're 2 months out or 1 year out, I will help you with everything you didn't know to plan for, find solutions to all your wedding concerns, and manage the day. Great package for those who want an expert problem solver to set up your decor, manage your vendors, orchestrate your timeline and stay till the end for clean up so your friends and family don't have to.
